These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PullContent web application (the “Service”), provided by Dzianis Kuziomkin, an individual developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

PullContent provides a tool for extracting and converting web content (such as articles, transcripts, and social media posts) into clean Markdown format for personal use and archival. All information processed by the Service is for informational and archival purposes only.

PullContent is currently provided as a free tool. We reserve the right to modify or change the availability of free features at any time without prior notice.

Our Property: All design, text, logos, custom code, and software within PullContent are owned by or licensed to Dzianis Kuziomkin, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Responsibility: You acknowledge that the intellectual property rights of the content you extract belong to the original creators or publishers. You agree to use the Service in compliance with "Fair Use" and other applicable copyright laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Bypass paywalls, login protections, or unauthorized access controls on third-party websites.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation, security, or API infrastructure.
